It is with great honor that I give my recommendation of Sydney Converse. While faced with adversity during her athletic career at Iowa State, Sydney found a way to push forward. Little did she know in that moment, it was an opportunity that changed the rest of her life. Ms. Converse picked up a camera and found another passion. She is one of the most dedicated individuals I have had the opportunity to coach. She has a way of capturing the true feeling of any moment and displaying it for the world to see and understand. The first thing you notice about Sydney is her great attitude and energy. She immediately made a positive impact on our department with her personality and skill level. She is one of the best natural videographers we have and has an eye for getting the creative shot, which elevates the videos she produces. She quickly learned our equipment and continued to challenge herself with new editing techniques and skills throughout her time at Iowa State.
We have a small content creation team so we lean very heavily on our students and treat them as professionals.
